Scott and I had a rough month. We worked together on my first jumbo loan. I had no idea what would be required and it was more extensive than I could have imagined. Scott and I spent countless hours on the phone and texting to get this done. It was a difficult process, but he was always friendly, kind, and patient, even if I, admittedly, was not. I have multiple accounts and, due to outside circumstances, happened to be moving money around as if I were a street performer hiding a ball under one of three cups. Despite that, Scott was highly attentive, involved, and polite. I greatly appreciated his willingness to speak via phone rather than text, as this is not common in today's world of texting. He made himself available at any and all hours while simultaneously being understanding and informative. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking to finance a property in TN.
