It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Tim Morrow.  Tim was a beloved member of the ALCOVA Mortgage family, serving as a dedicated Branch Partner for nearly 13 years. Over more than a decade of service, he earned the deep love, respect, and admiration of everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him.  Tim truly lived life to the fullest, bringing joy, energy, and passion to everything he did.  He was a fierce advocate for homeownership, believing deeply in the power of helping families plant roots.  His impact extended far beyond the walls of his office - he genuinely loved the communities he lived and served in, always looking for ways to give back and lift others up.

While we mourn this profound loss, the ALCOVA Mortgage family also comes together to celebrate the legacy he leaves behind.  Tim’s warmth, caring, and his unwavering dedication to our mission and our team have left an indelible mark on all of us.  His spirit will live on in the communities he served and the countless lives he touched.
