He was on top of everything. We are senior citizens that are not accustomed to using the computer for everything. Mitch personally took care of us as needed, coming to the house if necessary to be sure everything went through as it was supposed. He was always upbeat, encouraging, kind and pleasant. We will definitely use him again if he's available when we need to change houses.
