Ozone Park, New York. I also grew up in California, Tennessee, and Virginia, and I’m a proud University of Virginia and Emory University grad.

Having grown up in four states, I know what it's like to be the one figuring out a new place, and buying a home can feel just as unfamiliar. I have 8 years of experience in the mortgage industry, two of them at ALCOVA Mortgage working alongside my brother, Ken Byrne, who has 34 years in the industry and 26 years of President's Club recognition. Along the way, I've learned that most loan stress comes from not knowing what's coming next.

My job is to make sure you do. I explain each step in plain English, know what underwriters need before they ask, and catch problems before they become delays. I work with first-time homebuyers, self-employed borrowers, veterans, second-home buyers, investors, and anyone downsizing or upsizing in Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Our team is also licensed in Maryland, District of Columbia, West Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida.

My loan programs include conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, non-QM, bank statement, and DSCR, with in-house underwriting for faster decisions.

Helping someone go from “Is this even possible?” to “We did it!” is what makes this job so rewarding.
