Appraisal process didnt align with expectations. Wait time for processing and underwriter review didn't align with estimated timeline provided. Loan process in its entirety was advertised as "as quickly as 7 days". Loan review process itself took 7 days. Loan process start to finish was approximately 30 days. Expectations should be level set for 30 days instead of 7-14 days. Nabria was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made herself available to answer questions several times beginning from 6 months prior to application and during the application process.
