Matt has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand the whole process and that I’m comfortable by the time we get off the phone. There have been many times (already) that I have had to call him randomly throughout the day with questions and concerns and he has happily helped me, and not once did he ever seem annoyed or irritated by my questions.
