Where do I start? I was in over my head with another lender and knew something was not right. I reached out to Kileen for a second opinion and within minutes she was educating me on all the things I had a gut feeling about. In no time flat, I was in her office and we were making plans to switch to Alcova because the other lender was doing bad business. Kileen explained every detail and held our hands the entire way through. Was it easy? No, but she made it worth it. We saved so much money and are in way better hands.
