As a loan officer with ALCOVA Mortgage based in Chantilly, VA, I built a reputation as a bit of a bulldog - whether that means digging until I find a way for a buyer who has been told no elsewhere or fighting for a file mid-process that needs someone pushing back to get it to closing. I work with first-time homebuyers, self-employed borrowers, veterans, second-home buyers, investors, and anyone downsizing or upsizing, across Virginia, Maryland, DC, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and West Virginia. My loan programs include conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, non-QM, bank statement, and DSCR - with in-house underwriting for faster decisions. Helping someone go from "I don't think I can qualify" or "I don't understand this process" to holding the keys to their home is why I do this.
