Really easy. Didn't require a lot of effort on my part. Ken is full of good info and advice. His team is helpful and friendly. The only thing that wasnt great is that by the end of the process/final paperwork, the deal was about 1/3 less good than the original quote, so a little disappointing, but I don't think that was ken's fault.

Ken and Trisha helped me close on my first home in 2024. I was so stressed out because I didn't know what to expect in underwriting. Ken and Trisha were fantastic then in their client attentiveness and now I just refinanced that same home and followed them to this company. I didn't even shop around because I knew Ken would give the best deal he could offer. Im in the mortgage industry and I have to say Ken and Trisha are a top notch duo! Keep it up!
