Jason was very knowlable, took time to explain things to us and was very patient with all of our questions. His overall communication was amazing - he was extremely responsive to our calls and emails, as well as proactive with giving us alerts, etc. His demeanor was also friendly, and we felt comfortable immediately working with him.
