Very knowledgeable, helpful, profesional, after work hours and weekends she was available to answer questions, explained the process, and always made sure we were taking care of. Before I started the application with Elsa, I had someone else from another bank helped us. For a month and a half it seemed like I had to chase the person making sure she had all the information.
