David did do an excellent job getting me thru this process of the secondary mortgage on my mother’s home. The first person assigned to me did not do a good job w communication and moving things forward. I had to contact my bank to get them to help w the situation. I no appreciate David communicating so well and finally getting things completed and closure done. I am a nurse love what I do but the loan process was not my expertise—just needed David at the beginning and then it may not have taken 5-6 months to complete.
