overall the quality of service, guidance and communication from Connor and the team was great and made the process simple . One point of note was the delay / time lag for the final approval and closing disclosure which we believe could have been finalized and communicated before the day before closing As we began the process back in January. Connor and his team are excellent and when my husband got seriously sick and had to delay the settlement they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of so we could settle as soon as possibl!
