What I like most about the mortgage loan originator business is the ability to make a real impact on people’s lives. Helping clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they'll ever make—buying a home—is both rewarding and fulfilling. Every client and situation is different, which keeps the work dynamic and challenging. I also enjoy the relationship-building aspect of the job and the opportunity to grow my network while developing trust with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family and spending time outdoors. Whether we’re exploring a new city or hiking a scenic trail, I find that time in nature and new experiences help keep me energized and grounded. That balance between professional dedication and personal adventure is what drives me every day.

I’m a big fan of Bollywood movies—especially those based on real stories, biographies, or history. Films that bring true events and inspiring lives to the big screen really speak to me. They remind me of the strength, resilience, and rich heritage of our culture. A few favorites include Bhagat Singh, Sardar Udham, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Chak De! India, and Kesari—stories that are not only entertaining but deeply meaningful.

When it comes to food, I love exploring vegetarian and vegan-friendly restaurants—Indian cuisine is always my first choice, of course! But I also enjoy Middle Eastern flavors and a good pizza. I’m a big fan of “make-your-own” pizza places where I can pile on as many fresh veggies as I like. It’s all about flavor and customization! Beyond food, I really enjoy visiting local landmarks and exploring nature. I’m especially drawn to U.S. national parks—they’re full of beauty, history, and adventure. Every park tells its own story, and I love discovering new trails, scenic views, and historical landmarks whenever I get the chance.

As a parent of two toddlers, I love spending quality time outdoors, especially exploring all the beautiful parks and recreation activities throughout the Roanoke Valley. Whether it’s discovering a new playground, walking nature trails, or enjoying seasonal family events, I’m always looking for fun and enriching experiences for my little ones. It’s a great way to stay active, connect with the community, and make lasting memories together.I'm proud to be actively involved in community events and cultural organizations, including ABBOVA and VAAASOA. Being part of these groups allows me to stay connected, give back, and support cultural and social initiatives that matter to our community. I truly value the relationships, teamwork, and purpose that come from serving and participating in local events.
