Edward is an excellent communicator. He works after hours, checks in, texts, emails and has ways of creative financing for my buyers AND came up with a cash out program for me, so that I could cash out on a paid off property to then reinvest because "it takes money to make money"! The beautiful lady at the front desk is also wonderful. She and Edward have the gift of also speaking Spanish, so I'm happy to send ALCOVA a diverse client referral list to them, so they can help others become independent and financially successful home buyers. Edward also offers financial planning for those who want to work on their credit to buy a house. Currently, he is working with our tenants to buy the house we are renting to them. Edward does everything with a smile and a sense of humor---- we need more Edwards in the world!
