David did a fantastic job communicating with us through the entire process. My only complaint was when alcova tried to penalize me as a high risk lender because I don't use escrow. I understand the banking side of it if I was a first time buyer. I have 12 years of paying on time without escrow. i almost walked away from Alcova because of this . fortunately Dave was able to talk to " corporate " and get it fixed
