Andrew Smith served as an infantryman with the US Army’s 10th Mountain Division from 2002-2005. On September 20, 2003, his life was forever changed when he was hit with shrapnel from an IED. The lessons Iearned during his recovery and time in Fallujah have allowed him to have an impact on thousands of veterans and leaders across our nation.
After serving as the youth pastor at Auburn Baptist in Riner, VA Andrew recently became the Director of Rooftop India, a ministry of Rooftop Missions. They currently have over 140 churches throughout southern India. This large network allows them to train leaders that have an immediate impact on thousands of other lives. Their orphanage in India is a tool that they use to meet the immediate needs of boys and girls while preparing them to be leaders of the next generation.
