DAVID LYKKEN

David Lykken, a 43-year industry veteran, has been an owner-operator of three mortgage banking companies, a software company and several leading consulting companies. For the past 14 years, David has been helping companies grow through consulting, executive coaching and communications. He works with C-Level executives and business owners primarily focusing on business and sales and marketing strategies, as well as helping companies create operational efficiencies. David regularly appears on FOX Business News as well as CNBC and currently hosts his own weekly radio podcast, Lykken on Lending.

DR. JOEY FAUCETTE

Dr. Joey Faucette transforms companies from a negative “Kevin Culture” to a positive work culture that increases productivity and profits. He is the culture architect of the Work Positive framework, certified Executive Coach, and best-selling author of Work Positive in a Negative World: Team Edition and his latest, Small Hinges Swing Big Doors. His work has appeared on Wall St. Journal Money Watch, CNBC, Fox Business News, Entrepreneur Media, and countless other sites. He also hosts the Work Positive Podcast. 

MARJORIE ADAM

With over 20 years of local real estate experience, Marjorie is a data-driven master of market analysis whose pricing and tough negotiation skills consistently win for her clients. She’s also a passionate leader who not only inspires her team members to maximize their strengths, but also shares her expertise with Realtors across the country as a CORE Coach. Marjorie graduated from Susquehanna University in 1993 and spent almost 2 years traveling the country before moving back to Charlottesville to become a realtor. In addition to being consistently ranked as a top realtor in her local market, she also hosts our Real Estate Unscripted podcast.
