Program Features:

Job Loss Protection available for the Primary Wage Earner during the covered period.
Coverage from Day 61 to Day 365 after closing.
Benefits up to $6,000: $2,000/month max. for up to 3 months.
Proof required: Borrower must show job loss and that the mortgage is current for continued payments.
Payments by ALCOVA Mortgage will be issued as checks.
